Thanks to all who attended the Turkey Dinner,
sponsored by the Fire Department and
Auxiliary. Over 100 take out dinners were served
and at least that many or more eat-in
dinners. It's great to see such support as if any
of us has an emergency, we expect these
people to respond.

Sharon McLean recently
purchased a home on Pleasant Avenue in Edmeston
and is now comfortably enjoying the sounds of
speeding cars, blowen mufflers and squealing
tires. Moving from the quiet country apartment at
Bob Kirk's, this is quite a change, but she no
longer is a renter, but has a home of her own.
Congratulations Sharon!
Ryan Lund and crew
were busy this past weekend moving the single wide
mobile home on South Street and getting ready to
lay a pad for a double wide.
Isabelle Kent is now
in the Veterans Home in Oxford.
Laura Ruffles had a
very large, old, mulberry tree break in one of our
recent wind/rain storms. She said this was her
very favorite tree and will miss harvesting the
mulberries.
