The summer hours at the Edmeston Museum were so successful that they will be continued throughout the fall and winter. The museum will be open the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month, 9 a.m. to 12n along with the 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Located at 1 North Street, the Edmeston Museum boasts of relics from the home such as cheese makers and tools to assist in doing the laundry. There are exhibits highlighting the agricultural history of the community including wooden maple spiles. Multiple displays on the businesses and organizations such as the Edmeston Fire Department are scattered throughout. One room is devoted solely to the armed services.
Join us at the Edmeston Museum as the summer hours become our regular hours. The museum is free and all are welcome!
